The following is a quote from a recent news article regarding recently passed legislation entitled \u201cRight to Freedom from Discrimination in Public Workplaces and Education\u201d. <\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis budget language is designed to hide, obscure, and deny racism, prejudice, and discrimination of many kinds,\u201d said James Morse, Oyster River Cooperative School District Superintendent. \u201cIf we are to grow as a state and community, we must recognize our past and learn from it \u2013 not hide New Hampshire\u2019s difficult history from our schools, institutions, and workplaces.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Superintendent James Morse should have taken the time to actually read the language that the Senate, House and Governor agreed to, language that is meant to curb the racist indoctrinations and teachings of \u201cCritical Race Theory\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>And maybe, just maybe Mr. Morse can explain just what he means when he refers to \u201cNew Hampshire\u2019s difficult history\u201d.
